Zaragoza Citizen Card

This multi-purpose card offers convenient access to over 20 municipal services, including payment processing services. The system generates 'big data', whose exploitation helps the city nurture new businesses and improve its urban public services. To date, more than half of Zaragoza's adult population have applied for such a card.
