Until today, 26 European cities have committed through the Green Digital Charter to use ICT as enabler and main driver to energy efficiency.

Aiming at promoting and increasing the visibility of Charter signatories’ actions in the field, the NiCE – Networking intelligent Cities for Energy Efficiency is now looking for proposals for the organisation of three “Green Digital Charter Roadshows”.

These showcase events will focus on visibility and profiling partnerships between Charter signatories and external stakeholders, showcasing different aspects of the Green Digital Charter:

Roadshow 1: Green Digital Charter and EU policies/funding

Roadshow 2: Public-private cooperation on Green Digital Charter commitments

Roadshow 3: Energy & Technology

These events aim to showcase benchmarks of excellence and encourage cities and their partners to take the lead on further development of the Green Digital Charter.

The call for applications, open to Charter signatories only, provides more detailed information, profiling all the requirements, selection criteria and application procedures.

If you are interested in hosting one of the Roadshows and showcasing your city’s digital achievements, please fill the questionnaire included in the call for application and send it back to j.keys@manchesterdda.com by the 15th of June at 5pm (GMT).
