The commitments of the Green Digital Charter have been further advanced by the FP7 project NiCE – Networking intelligent Cities for Energy Efficiency –through the provision of technical tools, training and support to signatory cities.

Building on this experience and on best practices identified in cities, the NiCE project is now accepting proposals for the organisation of study tours showcasing ICT/EE projects to facilitate the on-site knowledge transfers between cities. Hosts are expected to be leaders in the field of ICT/EE projects and to present innovative projects around the fields of action of the Green Digital Charter. However, they do not necessarily have to be Charter signatories.

The study tour programme should run over 1 or 2 days and include short presentations, site visits and demonstrations, opportunities for testing technologies and peer-to-peer discussions with experts from the host city.

If you are interested in showcasing your city’s digital achievements, please fill in this questionnaire  and send it back to Giulia Campodonico by the 31st of May 2012.
